साक्षात्कार (Interview) — Personal interview for shortlisted candidates. — 40 marks
Final merit list — Final selection based on combined marks of academic/qualification (प्रारम्भिक मेधासूची) and interview. — 100 (combined)

Preparation Strategy

Collect and organise original education and higher‑degree certificates and mark‑sheets to evidence percentage (these form 50 of the 60 marks in the initial merit).
If you hold any higher degree(s) in the same subject, keep certified copies ready — up to 10 marks (5+5) are awarded for up to two higher degrees.
