Overview

Goa Housing Board has invited applications (last date 29/10/2026) to fill two posts: Assistant Engineer (Civil) — 1 post (Unreserved), Pay Level-7; and Junior Engineer (Civil) — 1 post (EWS), Pay Level-5. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format to the Managing Director, Goa Housing Board, Porvorim, with specified self-attested documents.

Eligibility (as per the official notification)

Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, 2 years' experience in construction/maintenance of civil works, and knowledge of Konkani (desirable: Marathi). Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and knowledge of Konkani (desirable: Marathi); age not exceeding 45 years (relaxations as per government rules).

Preparation Strategy

  • Confirm and assemble all required documents (degree/diploma, experience certificate, 15-year Goa residence proof, Aadhaar, EWS if applicable) as self-attested copies.
