Overview
Recruitment notification for 1 (one) District Public Prosecutor (જિલ્લા પબ્લિક પ્રોસિક્યુટર) in Tapi District Court, Vyara. A panel will be prepared and appointment will follow the Government’s prosecuting-officer (appointment & service conditions) and related legal-work management rules (2026).
Eligibility (as per the official notification)
Applicants must hold a degree in law and be registered as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 (Section 17); must have been an active advocate for at least 7 years, be aged not less than 35 years and not more than 60 years, and must have filed income-tax returns for at least the five years prior to appointment. (Details as stated in the official notification.)
