Engagement of Legal Consultant

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting is inviting applications for the position of Legal Consultant on a contract basis.

Essential qualifications include a degree of L.L.B. and a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. The consultants will be engaged initially for one year and may be extended based on performance.

The monthly remuneration for the position is Rs. 70,000/- with no additional allowances. Candidates must submit an affidavit of No Conflict of Interest and may apply through a specified Google Form.

The selection process will involve shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by a screening-cum-selection committee review.

Legal Consultants are expected to provide legal opinions, manage court cases, and maintain accurate records of pending cases. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and integrity.
