Exam Pattern

  • Selection weightage — Assistant Professor / Lecturer — (A) Essential Qualification; (B) Desirable Qualification (Ph.D 5% + Experience 5%); (C) Interview — Essential Qualification - 75%; Desirable Qualification - 10% (Ph.D 5% + Experience 5%); Interview - 15% (Total 100%).
  • Selection weightage — Principal — (A) Post-Graduation Qualification; (B) M.Phil; (C) Experience; (D) Interview — Post-Graduation Qualification - 75%; M.Phil - 5%; Experience - 5%; Interview - 15% (Total 100%).

  • Collect verifiable experience certificates from government‑recognized institutions (1 point per 12 months, max 5 points) and proof of Government recognition for those employers.
  • Prepare for the 15% interview weight: teaching demonstration, NEP‑2020 interdisciplinary topics, academic administration and hostel responsibilities; rehearse concise answers and a clear online interview setup.
  • If you have Ph.D. or M.Phil, highlight awarding date, university certificate and publications prominently in CV and supporting documents to secure the additional weightage.
