Associate Engineer Grade II and Associate Engineer Grade III

Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU and India's leading Total Solutions Engineering Consultancy Company, is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Associate Engineer Grade II and Grade III on a fixed-term basis in Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For both positions, candidates must possess a B.E./B. Tech./B. Sc (Engg) degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPI.

Experience:

For Associate Engineer Grade II: A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience as a Planning Engineer, with expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in engineering office and field office across various project execution modes such as PMC, EPCM, EPCC in sectors like Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, and Power Plant is required.

For Associate Engineer Grade III: A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification relevant experience as a Planning Engineer, with expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in engineering office and field office across various project execution modes such as PMC, EPCM, EPCC in sectors like Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, and Power Plant is required.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 37 years for Associate Engineer Grade II and 41 years for Associate Engineer Grade III as of 31.08.2026. Relaxations are applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen categories as per Government of India directives.

Place of Posting:

The place of posting shall be at the National Capital Region (NCR) or different construction sites across the country. However, the place of posting can be anywhere in India and abroad depending upon the organizational requirement.

Remuneration:

The consolidated monthly remuneration, including HRA and PF, is as follows:

For Associate Engineer Grade II:

• Rs. 80,000/- for X Category Cities
• Rs. 76,000/- for Y Category Cities
• Rs. 72,000/- for Z Category Cities

For Associate Engineer Grade III:

• Rs. 96,000/- for X Category Cities
• Rs. 91,200/- for Y Category Cities
• Rs. 86,400/- for Z Category Cities

Other Benefits:

• Reimbursement of Medical Insurance Premium for self up to Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum
• Reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket expenses for working beyond standard working hours
• Coverage under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme as per Company Policy
• Payment of Travelling Allowances for official duties outside the place of posting
• Paid leave of 2 days for each completed month as per Company Policy
• During foreign posting, provision of Living Allowance, R&R, and other allowances as per Company rules

Terms and Conditions:

• The hiring is purely on a fixed-term basis initially for a period of 3 years, unless terminated earlier.
• Candidates may be required to work anywhere in India and abroad depending on the requirement.
• The selected candidates shall be allowed to join only if found medically fit.
• No claim for regular appointment in EIL by virtue of having worked on a fixed-term basis will be entertained.
