1. General Studies: Current Affairs: Recent national and international events, significant developments, awards, sports, and government schemes. General Knowledge: Basic facts about Indian history, geography, culture, and politics. Indian Constitution and Polity: Fundamental Rights and Duties, structure of the Indian government, and key features of the Indian Constitution. 2. General English: Grammar: Parts of speech, tenses, sentence formation, and error spotting. Vocabulary: Synonyms, antonyms, and word meanings. Comprehension: Passage reading and answering questions based on the text. Sentence Formation: Proper sentence construction and usage. 3. General Oriya (if applicable): Grammar: Sentence structure, common grammatical errors, and parts of speech in Oriya. Vocabulary: Commonly used words, synonyms, and antonyms. Comprehension: Reading passages and answering related questions in Oriya. 4. Numerical Ability: Arithmetic: Number systems, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Algebra: Basic algebraic operations and problems. Geometry: Basic geometric shapes, angles, and area calculations. Data Interpretation: Interpretation of data from tables, graphs, and charts. 5. Reasoning Ability: Verbal Reasoning: Analogies, series, classification, coding-decoding, and logical sequences. Non-Verbal Reasoning: Patterns, series, and analogy of shapes and symbols. Logical Reasoning: Problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. Basic Knowledge Related to GRS Duties: Rural Development Schemes: Knowledge of various rural development programs and schemes like MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act). Community Engagement: Understanding the role and responsibilities of a Gram Rozgar Sevak in community development and engagement. Administrative Tasks: Basic knowledge of record-keeping, documentation, and reporting as it relates to rural employment and development.
