1. Information Technology & Computer Fundamentals: Computer basics, hardware components, operating systems, data storage, database management systems (DBMS), and computer networks. Knowledge of system security, cloud storage, and server management. 2. Digitisation & Record Management: Concepts of digitisation, document scanning, indexing, metadata creation, file format standards (PDF/A, TIFF), OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and digital archiving methods. Workflow automation, digital preservation policies, and electronic record management systems. 3. Software & Programming Knowledge: Basic programming in C, Python, or Java, data handling in MS Excel, and automation tools. Understanding of database queries (SQL) and document management systems. 4. Legal and Administrative Knowledge: Awareness of court procedures, IT Act 2000, data protection, confidentiality, and e-governance in judiciary. Familiarity with judicial record-keeping and eCourts projects. 5. General Awareness & Current Affairs: Recent developments in IT, Indian judiciary digital transformation, and government digitisation initiatives. 6. Aptitude & Reasoning: Logical reasoning, numerical ability, problem-solving, and analytical skills with topics like percentage, ratio, data interpretation, and time-work problems.
