Communication Skills: Verbal and Non-verbal communication. Writing skills and report writing. Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. 4. Social Issues: Issues related to social justice, human rights, and empowerment. Understanding of local socio-economic and legal issues. 5. Role and Responsibilities of Para Legal Volunteers: Knowledge of the duties and responsibilities as outlined by the District Legal Services Authority. Understanding the scope of providing legal aid and assistance to the community.
