Exam Syllabus

1. General Knowledge and General Awareness: Current Affairs: National and international events, major recent happenings, and important awards. Indian History: Key historical events, freedom struggle, and significant personalities. Geography: Basic physical and political geography of India and the world. Indian Polity: Constitution of India, political system, governance, and major amendments. Economics: Basic economic concepts, Indian economy, and economic policies. General Science: Basic concepts in physics, chemistry, and biology. 2. General English: Grammar: Sentence structure, parts of speech, tenses, and syntax. Vocabulary: Synonyms, antonyms, idioms, and phrases. Comprehension: Reading passages and answering questions based on them. Writing Skills: Letter writing, essay writing, and précis writing. 3. Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic: Basic operations, percentages, ratios, proportions, profit and loss, time and work, and simple and compound interest. Data Interpretation: Understanding and interpreting data from tables, charts, and graphs. 4. Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability: Verbal Reasoning: Analogies, series completion, blood relations, and logical deductions. Non-Verbal Reasoning: Pattern recognition, figure classification, and series completion. 5. Technical Knowledge (for ITI Trainee): Trade-Specific Knowledge: Depending on the trade, this could include topics related to electrical, mechanical, or other ITI trades. Basic Engineering Concepts: Fundamental concepts related to the specific technical trade or engineering principles. 6. Office Assistant Trainee Specific Knowledge: Basic Office Procedures: Knowledge of office equipment, filing, and documentation. Typing and Data Entry: Accuracy and speed in typing and data entry tasks. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
